The automation-suitability test
For any step you're tempted to turn into a standing workflow or scheduled agent, all four must be yes:

- Errors are cheap to detect and cheap to reverse:
- The blast radius of a bad run is bounded:
Two yeses = a reusable brief. Four yeses = a candidate for automation with gates. Fewer = keep it manual, revisit quarterly.
